The author therefore outlined in this book a strategic plan aimed at the renaissance of education in all Arab countries, following the latest and most successful global models, taking into account all the changes and modernities of the contemporary and the subsequent technological and technical discoveries. Modern knowledge, in an attempt to bring about a paradigm shift in public education, planning and promoting it. The author hopes that his procedural model will be motivated and directed to education officials in all Arab countries to guide it and consider it as a future guidance in the field of education planning.
